1. Data Collection
We collect the minimum data needed to evaluate funding requests: identity verification, platform driver profile metadata, and bank routing information. We do not purchase consumer data from third-party brokers.
2. Open Banking Telemetry
With your explicit consent we read transaction-level data from your connected accounts on a read-only basis. We never initiate transfers, modify account settings, or share raw telemetry with advertisers.
3. How We Use Your Data
Telemetry is processed to model earnings stability, repayment capacity, and fraud risk. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve our underwriting models.
4. Data Retention
Active operator records are retained for the life of your account plus the period required by applicable financial recordkeeping rules. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.
5. Your Rights
